Sunray Blinds is a business specializing in the manufacture and sale of Blinds, Shutters and Awnings.
Return and Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase so will only be too glad to review and see if we can offer an alternative.
To initiate the refund request please email our customer service team within 14 days so we can promptly review and advice. Please do not return the goods prior to receiving an approved refund confirmation email which will include the return address. Returns will need to be returned to specific manufacturers thus we will provide return instructions with the approved refund confirmation email. All goods returned need to be returned in original packaging and in the same state as shipped from Sunray Blinds.
Sunray Blinds is not responsible for the courier/postage costs in returning the items, except where the goods are deemed damaged or wrong product on delivery in which case Sunray Blinds will cover any postage costs
All refunds will be reversed to the person/card that originally placed the order less courier/postage costs for returns. We will under no circumstances refund to a third party. As refunds need to be processed by the banks, please note that the processing of refunds can take up to 5 working days from approval date.
Although seldom charged, we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for the returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses.
When is a refund not possible?
Where a product has been specially ordered for you (made to measure range), product damaged during installation or unless faulty, we’re unable to refund or offer an exchange. We’re unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 12 hours of the order being placed.
Payment Options Accepted
Visa, Master Card, EFT and debit cards are accepted.
If clients have access to internet banking, they can pay for their orders via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) by setting up Sunray Blinds as a beneficiary:

Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Sunray Blinds by YOCO who are the approved payment gateway for Nedbank of South Africa. Credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Sunray Blinds separately from card details which are entered by the client.
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
Responsibility
Sunray Blinds takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Colour Accuracy
We do our best to ensure accurate sample swatches but due to differences in monitors/display cards subtle colour differences & textures may be visible. Our actual samples are scanned to ensure accuracy but if you require exact colour match then we recommend asking for samples. Please note that even samples may still have minimal colour variations by the manufacturers.
Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Sunray Blinds chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature as 5 Exeter Avenue, Fish Hoek, 7975.
Variation
Sunray Blinds may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
